With two decades of experience in underground coal mining, Leon is a leader in ground support, ventilation, standing support (PCB’s), polymeric injection, and strata stabilisation. He specialises in surface-to-seam goaf seals, PCB’s, polymeric applications, PDRR and void backfill, spontaneous combustion mitigation, project management, commercial stewardess all while ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance across multiple sites.
A strong communicator and team builder, Leon excels at initiating projects, driving execution, and fostering collaboration across all levels—from crew members to senior executives. His ability to translate technical expertise into clear, actionable strategies ensures smooth project delivery and high-performing teams.
